Main Street Retreat Co. Terms & Conditions:
Please read and agree to the terms and conditions before making a payment. Retreat Payment: By registering for Main Street Retreat Co., you agree to pay the total fee for a shared bed. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the Retreat.Refund Policy:Full Refund: A full refund, minus an administrative fee of $300, will be provided for cancellations made 6 weeks before the retreat. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations made after this date.Cancellation: To cancel your registration and request a refund, please email (mainstretreatco@gmail.com) with your request and relevant details. Your cancelation will not be complete until you receive text or verbal confirmation.Transferability: Your registration is transferable to another individual upon request & approval, provided the request is made at least 2 weeks before the retreat. Note that this may impact the personalization of Welcome Bag materials.Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather: Main Street Retreat Co. may proceed with the retreat as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. Attendees acknowledge that inclement weather, such as rain, storms, or extreme temperatures, may occur during the retreat. Main Street Retreat Co. reserves the right to modify the retreat schedule or activities in response to inclement weather, but cancellation of the retreat due to weather conditions will not result in a refund. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and should plan accordingly for potential weather-related disruptions.Cancellation Due to Illness:In the event that a customer falls ill and is unable to utilize our services, a refund will only be considered if the illness is duly notified within the specified refund period.Workshop Changes: Main Street Retreat Co. reserves the right to modify or cancel workshops, speakers, or any part of the retreat schedule at any time. Attendees will be promptly notified of any changes. Changes to the itinerary will not allow for refunds.All Information Shared is Advice Only: Any information, guidance, or recommendations provided during Main Street Retreat Co., whether by organizers, staff, instructors, or fellow attendees, are intended for informational and advisory purposes only. Attendees acknowledge that any insights, suggestions, or opinions shared during the retreat are not to be construed as professional advice, medical diagnosis, or therapeutic treatment. Attendees are encouraged to consult with qualified professionals regarding any specific concerns or needs they may have. Main Street Retreat Co. and its affiliates are not liable for any consequences resulting from the reliance on or interpretation of information shared during the retreat. Attendees assume full responsibility for their decisions and actions based on the information provided during the retreat.Limited Liability for Possessions: Main Street Retreat Co. shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or destruction of personal belongings or possessions brought by attendees to the retreat. Attendees are solely responsible for safeguarding their belongings and are encouraged to take appropriate precautions, such as securing valuables in designated storage areas or locking accommodations when unattended. Main Street Retreat Co. shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of damage to or loss of personal belongings during the retreat. Attendees participate in the retreat at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring the security and protection of their possessions at all times.Participant Behavior and Actions: Main Street Retreat Co. are not responsible for the behavior, actions, or conduct of other participants during the retreat. Attendees acknowledge and accept that they participate in the retreat at their own risk and that Main Street Retreat Co. cannot control the behavior of other individuals. While Main Street Retreat Co. strives to maintain a safe and respectful environment, attendees are responsible for their interactions with others and must adhere to the retreat's code of conduct. Main Street Retreat Co. shall not be liable for any consequences arising from interactions or engagements with other participants. Attendees are encouraged to report any concerns or incidents to retreat staff promptly.Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to the retreat's code of conduct. This includes treating fellow participants, staff, and property with courtesy and consideration. Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others or the retreat environment may result in expulsion from the retreat without refund. Attendees are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the code of conduct and abiding by its guidelines throughout the duration of the retreat.Health, Well-being and Personal Liability: By registering for and participating in any event, retreat, or program offered by Main Street Retreat Co., participants acknowledge and agree to the following:Personal Responsibility:Participants are solely responsible for managing their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being before, during, and after the retreat. This includes assessing their fitness to travel, participate in retreat activities, and engage in all programming elements, including but not limited to physical movement, yoga, fitness classes, group discussions, mindfulness practices, and off-site excursions, Disney Park excursions, meals, swimming, hot tubbing, or any other activity taking place during the Retreat.Medical and Mental Health Care:Main Street Retreat Co. are not medical or mental health providers. Participation in a retreat is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate care and must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or mental health concerns to their healthcare providers prior to attending.Assumption of Risk:By attending the retreat, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to illness, injury, emotional distress, hospitalization, or, in rare and extreme cases, death. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.Limitation of Liability:Main Street Retreat Co. and all affiliated hosts, facilitators, staff, or contractors shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay, or expense incurred by any participant. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical injury, emotional discomfort, allergic reaction, or unforeseen incident arising during or after the retreat.Emergency Care:In the event of a medical emergency, participants authorize retreat staff to obtain emergency medical care on their behalf if necessary. All related expenses shall be the responsibility of the participant.It is recommended that attendees assess their own physical fitness and health conditions before engaging in any activities, be advised by their doctor or other health professionals, and take appropriate precautions to ensure their safety before attending the Retreat.Travel Insurance Requirement: Attendees are responsible for obtaining adequate travel insurance to cover any potential disruptions, cancellations, or difficulties related to their travel arrangements to and from the retreat location. Main Street Retreat Co. is not liable for any costs, expenses, or losses incurred as a result of travel disruptions, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, or other transportation issues, sickness, political unrest, or natural disasters. Attendees acknowledge that they will NOT receive a refund from Main Street Retreat Co. in the event of travel-related difficulties, regardless of the circumstances. It is strongly recommended that attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances.By registering, attendees acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in retreat activities. Attendees release Main Street Retreat Co., its organizers, staff, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from their participation. Main Street Retreat Co. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions as needed, with changes communicated to attendees. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. After doing so, payment can be accepted.
