Whether you're promoting your business, honoring a loved one, celebrating your organization, or simply spreading holiday cheer, we'd love for you to be part of this beloved tradition.

Thousands of visitors stroll through the park each season to enjoy the lights, take family photos, and experience the magic of Christmas in Downtown Scottsboro.

What's Included with Your Tree Sponsorship
Your Jingle Bell Trail tree sponsorship includes:

One 6–7 foot Fraser Fir Christmas tree
A reserved display location along the Jingle Bell Trail
Recognition as a tree sponsor on provided signage next to your tree
The opportunity to help create one of Downtown Scottsboro's favorite holiday traditions enjoyed by thousands of visitors each season

Tree Sponsor Responsibilities
By sponsoring a tree, you agree to follow all decorating guidelines and event details, including:

Using only LED outdoor lights and outdoor-rated extension cords
Securing all decorations to withstand wind and weather
Not using edible decorations such as candy canes, popcorn, or birdseed
Completing your tree decorating by November 27, 2026
Removing all decorations during the designated take-down period: January 2–4, 2027

Do you agree to the decoration guidelines?

Payment of $150 per tree is due upon form submission. How will you be submitting your payment? (Please make checks payable to Downtown Scottsboro)

Agreement
By submitting this registration, I agree to participate as a tree sponsor in Downtown Scottsboro's Jingle Bell Trail and to follow all event guidelines provided by the organizers. I understand that I am responsible for decorating, maintaining, and removing my tree decorations within the designated event dates.

I certify that all decorations will be appropriate for a family-friendly public event and suitable for outdoor display. I understand that Downtown Scottsboro reserves the right to request the removal or modification of any decorations deemed unsafe, offensive, or not in compliance with event guidelines.

I understand that all decorations must be removed during the designated tree take-down period. Any decorations or materials left on a tree after the removal deadline will be considered abandoned and become the property of Downtown Scottsboro, and may be removed or disposed of at the organization's discretion.

I understand that participation is voluntary and that Downtown Scottsboro, the City of Scottsboro, event sponsors, and affiliated organizations are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged decorations or personal property.

I grant Downtown Scottsboro permission to photograph and/or video my sponsored tree and to use those images for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes, including social media, print materials, and the Downtown Scottsboro website.
