                • POLICIES 

                  • Come to your appointment with no makeup. Lashes must be clean.
                  • All clients will have a 10 minutes grace period. Anything beyond the grace period will attract a $10 late fee.
                  • More than 10 minutes late with NO COMMUNICATION will result in immediate cancellation.
                  • If you need to cancel for any reason please give a minimum 5 hour heads up.
                  • If you would like to book an appointment that is not shown please contact me to see if I can accommodate your desired time for an additional $20 fee.
                  • Avoid bringing extra guest to your appointment, if NECESSARY kindly communicate prior.
                  • Location will be sent on day of appointment.
                  • No refunds! If you are experiencing issues with your lashes within the first 24 hours kindly alert us so a "touch up" can be arranged.
                  • Shedding of 2-5 lashes per day is normal and expected.
