    Program Overview
    Strong 4 Life is a 6-week introductory small-group personal training program designed for women who are beginning their health and fitness journey. Sessions run on the scheduled class days and times listed at registration.

    Pricing
    Early registration price: $267 (valid until three days before any class start date)
    Standard price: $297

    All payments are due at registration. Payment confirms your spot and is non-refundable.

    Attendance & Missed Sessions

    • Classes will run as scheduled unless the trainer needs to reschedule.
    • If the trainer reschedules, a make-up class will be provided.
    • Missed classes by the participant cannot be made up.
    • No refunds will be given for missed classes, illness, vacations, schedule conflicts, or dropping out mid-program.

    Communication Expectations
    It is the participant’s responsibility to communicate questions, concerns, or scheduling issues directly with the trainer. Lack of communication does not exempt the participant from these policies.
