Some reminders for you:

NO early set up will be available the day before the show. Set up begins at 7:00AM on Saturday, October 11th.

You MUST be set up by no later than 9:45am otherwise you risk your booth being filled in by surrounding vendors to fill in gaps.

Tablecloths, stands, chairs, tables and other displays will not be provided.

Floor-length tablecloths are required to conceal storage under tables. Tablecloths can be rented for an additional $10 per tablecloth.

*Booths are marked and assigned. You will receive booth information approximately one week before the event.

Craft show is held INDOORS, canopies/gazebos are prohibited.

ALL vendors must report sales to the Dept of Revenue.

NO refunds- please check your schedule before applying.

All payments must be paid in full by October 8th, 2025 at 10:00PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

WY residents are protected under the "Food Freedom Act". Any homemade food products are not required to get food permits. However you are required to mark any homemade food as "unregulated". If you are not a Wyoming resident, you are prohibited to bring homemade food products across state lines, without a commercial and distributor license.

Join the Pumpkin Carving Contest!

All vendors are encouraged to join the pumpkin carving contest. Bring a carved pumpkin and receive $5 off any booth of your choosing (this event only)!

Rules:

Bring your pre-carved/Decorated pumpkins and set them up for display Beginning at 10:00am. Votes will be calculated BEGINNING AT 11AM - VOTE IN PERSON! Voting ends at 4:00pm. Vendors will have the same opportunity to win prizes!
