Some reminders for you: 

• NO early set up will be available the day before the show. Set up begins at 7:00AM on Saturday, October 10th. 
• You MUST be set up by no later than 9:45am otherwise you risk your booth being filled in by surrounding vendors to fill in gaps.
• Tablecloths, stands, chairs, tables and other displays will not be provided.
• Floor-length tablecloths are required to conceal storage under tables. 
• Booths are marked and assigned. You will receive booth information approximately one week before the event.
• Event is held indoor -- canopies/gazebos are prohibited. 
• All vendors must report sales to the Dept of Revenue. 
• NO refunds- please check your schedule before applying. 
• All payments must be paid in full by October 5th, 2026 at 10:00PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Invoices will be sent once application is reviewed and accepted. Filling out an application does not guarantee a booth reservation.

Join the Pumpkin Carving Contest! 

Vendors are encouraged to join the pumpkin carving contest. Sign up to bring a carved pumpkin and receive $5 off any booth at this event! 

Rules: 

• Bring your pre-carved/decorated pumpkins and set them up for display, during setup on Saturday (No later than 11:00am).
• Voting begins at 11:00am - VOTE IN PERSON!
• Voting ends at 4:00pm. 
• If you sign up to bring a pumpkin for the contest, please note that you will be added to a list and it will be mandatory.
