The Cinco De Mayo Car & Vendor Event is an OUTDOOR family-friendly event! We are currently not accepting indoor vendors. Check back later!

Location: 1400 Dell Range BLVD. (JCPENNEY Parking Lot Outside Frontier Mall)

FOOD TRUCK/CART/TENT INFORMATION:

• Food truck vendors are REQUIRED to have generators to operate. No power will be available on site.
• Food trucks are required to check in before finding designated area.
• ALL food truck vendors must have the required permits from the State, City and Health Department agencies to participate.
• ALL vendors must be set up by 9:45AM
• ALL signs or displays that will be outside of your food truck, must be anchored down. 
• NO refunds. Please check your schedule before applying. 
• Details about your location, check in area, and other information will be sent out a week before the event via email. 
• Registration Fee ($100)

Invoice for registration is sent to email on application. Invoices are due within 14 days after you receive it. 

VENDOR INFORMATION:

• NO early set up will be available the day before the show. Set up is from 7:00AM-9:45AM on Saturday, May 2nd. 
• *BOOTH SPACES ARE MARKED AND ASSIGNED*
• Tablecloths, stands, chairs, tables and other displays will NOT be provided.
• Canopy's are highly recommended. 
• No electricity outlets available outdoors.
• Weights are required for canopy's, tables/stands and other top heavy displays. Weights will be checked by Makers Market upon set up. A minimum of 100lbs of weight total on your canopy is required. For safety reasons, you will be asked to remove your tent or leave the event, without refund, if you do not meet the weight requirements. 
• Cinderblocks and bricks are prohibited.
• NO refunds- please check your schedule before applying. 
• Applications close on April 22nd or when all vendor booths are booked.
• Details about your location, check in area and other information will be sent out a week before the event via email.

Invoices will be sent after application has been accepted.  

Booth Spaces are 10x15' and are $75 each
