Set up on Saturday, April 4th is from 7:00am-9:00am

The craft show begins at 9:00am sharp, the Easter Egg Hunt begins at 10:00am on April 19th. After you are done getting items unloaded, please promptly move your vehicle to the parking lot in the back of the Town Hall or on Main Street to make room for guests.

• Blue Tape used to mark your assigned booth space must be picked up during the show or before you leave for the day.* (See Terms & Conditions)
• *BOOTH SPACES ARE MARKED AND ASSIGNED* - You will receive a map and more information about a week away from the event.
• Tablecloths, stands, chairs, tables and other displays are not provided.
• Craft show is held indoors. Gazebos and canopys are prohibited.  
• Various kinds of tape, safety pins, rubberbands, and pens are available at the vendor check in booth for free.
• You will not be required to check in before setting up. I will make sure to visit your booth during set up. 
• NO refunds- please check your schedule before applying. 

If you've been accepted, you will receive an invoice via the email listed on your application. If we have not accepted your application, we will reach out with more information via email. 

Applications close on March 27th or when all booths are booked. 

We are so excited to announce will be partnering with LCFD #6 in Burns, once again!

We are so excited for this partnership and are planning to raffle Easter Baskets in order to raise money to support their cause and their station in Burns. 

These baskets will include things for both children and adults, making it a family fun experience that will also help out such great men and women who make sure Laramie County is safe! 

With that being said we are looking for donations for some basket items, such as childrens toys, Easter themed items, candles or treats! If you prefer, you can donate a monetary donation that will be used to purchase items strictly for the raffle. This is NOT a requirement to become a vendor. However, we greatly appreciate any and all donations! 

Donations can be brought to setup on Saturday the 4th.
