Frontier Mall estimates attendance around 20,000 people for that weekend, based on last years attendance.

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:

Participation in both days is NOT required.

NO early set up will be available the day before the show. This applies to Saturday and Sunday vendors.

Set up is from 6:30AM-8:45AM on Saturday, December 19th

Set up is from 7:00AM-10:45AM on Sunday, December 20th

You do not have to take your set up down, if you plan on attending both days, but are required to fully cover your entire booth before leaving for the day with a sheet, tablecloth or cover.

If you choose to leave your products overnight, you will be required to sign a waiver of release.

You are required to bring a partner to assist with breaks and lunch, if you choose to stay past 4:00pm on Saturday.

Booth spaces are marked and assigned, both days.

Tables, tablecloths, stands, chairs, and other displays will NOT be provided.

Craft show is held indoors. Canopies are prohibited, no exceptions.

NO refunds- please check your schedule before applying.

Cleaning deposits are included on your invoice.

Booth sharing is prohibited.

No longer accepting 3D printed items.

RAFFLE INFORMATION:

We will be raffling off some items to boost attendance. These are some of the themes we are working with:

Beauty/Makeup (makeup, skincare, mirrors, candles, ect.)

Kids (Unwrapped toys, baby/kid clothing, squishy's, coloring books, etc)

Disney's Lilo & Stitch (clothing, toys, keychains, any item with Stitch)

Movie Night (New, unused movies, popcorn, candy, blankets, socks, etc)

Baked Goods/Holiday Treats (homemade holiday baked goods, candy, shareable treats, drinks, cotton candy, gift cards)

Game Night (Board games, gift cards, card games, puzzles, etc)

General Gifts (Your products, basket fillers, shirts, discount cards, etc)

Harry Potter (HP pictures, posters, games, clothing, keychains, etc)

Mens Gifts (Hair cutting supplies, car detailing supplies, clothing, tools, artwork, beer themed items)

In an effort to get people to your booth, we will give each vendor a number of raffle tickets. These tickets are to be given to customers for every $25 they spend at your booth! There will be a limited number of tickets each day. We ask that unused tickets are returned to Makers Market. Please do not give away the remainder of your tickets at the end of the day.

Customers are to be instructed to fill out the tickets with their name and phone number and drop their tickets off at the check in booth (with me!). There they will be able to enter their tickets into the raffle. You will not keep any part of their tickets.

Winners will be drawn on Saturday & Sunday. Details to come.

Join the Gingerbread House Contest!

Vendors are encouraged to join the Gingerbread contest. Sign up to bring a sweet creation and receive $10 off any booth at this event!

Rules:

Bring your pre-decorated creations and set them up for display, during setup on Saturday, December 19th (No later than 10:00am).

Voting begins at 11:00am - VOTE IN PERSON!

Voting ends at 4:00pm on Sunday, December 20th.

If you sign up to bring a gingerbread creation for the contest, please note that you will be added to a list and it will be mandatory.

All materials are welcome. Each creation must be complete before you set them up for display. All creations must be picked up by 5:00pm on Sunday, December 20th.

A cleaning deposit will be added to each invoice in the amount of $25. This fee will be refunded upon inspection and approval of your booth space after cleanup on Sunday, December 20th. If your booth contains trash, inventory boxes, painters tape, or other debris, refund will be void.
