PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:
Early set up on Friday, May 8th (4:00pm-6:00pm)
Set up on Saturday, May 9th is from 7:00am-9:00am
After you are done getting items unloaded, please promptly move your vehicle to the parking lot in the back of the Town Hall or on Main Street to make room for guests.
- Blue Tape used to mark your assigned booth space must be picked up during the show or before you leave for the day.* (See Terms & Conditions)
- *BOOTH SPACES ARE MARKED AND ASSIGNED* - You will receive a map and more information about a week away from the event.
- Laminated numbers/letters are placed in your assigned booth for mapping purposes, these will need to be returned to me before the end of the day.* (See Terms & Conditions)
- Tablecloths, stands, chairs, tables and other displays will not be provided.
- Various kinds of tape, safety pins, rubberbands, and pens are available with me. You will not be required to check in before setting up. I will make sure to visit your booth during set up.
- NO refunds- please check your schedule before applying.
If you've been accepted, you will receive an invoice via the email listed on your application.
