  • Market fees above constitute the cost for one 10 foot x 10 foot stall space. Vendor is responsible for providing their own tables, tents, chairs and any other items to create their market space. Vendor parking will be along the perimeter of the venue, after unloading/setup (located at Centennial Field in Blind Bay, at Blind Bay Road and Centennial Drive).

  • Market applications must be received by FRIDAY - MAY 1, 2026 for the current season. 

    This is an application only and does not constitute a contract.

    Applications received after the deadline may be considered upon review and if there is available space.  If the Market Manager cannot accommodate an applicant vendor, they will be notified as soon as possible.

    Your application will not be complete until all documentation below is received and you receive a formal confirmation email from the Executive Director or Market Director.

    MARKET HOURS:

    Load In – Anytime after 3:00 pm

    Open to Market Audience:  5:30 pm

    Load Out – Anytime after 8:30 pm

        • Serving It Right Certificate

        • Organic Certificate to Be Displayed at Stall
