  • Thank you for your interest in the Sci-ROI@India Return to India Mentorship Program.

    This program is for transitioning Indian diaspora who need guidance in searching for positions, interview prep, relocating to India, personal and professional development, collaboration for work, and much more. As a mentor and someone who has gone through the transition process themselves, you would be in a good position to guide them in the right direction.

    This program is based on the 1-on-1 mentoring technique where the mentees can schedule a meeting with you based on your profile on Sci-ROI India's website. We will ask from you for one/two 30 min slots each week for the mentorship program. The meetings can be directly scheduled through Sci-ROI India's website by the mentees. You will receive an email confirmation with the mentee profile and the time for the meeting. Please feel free to reschedule with the mentee directly if you have a time conflict.

    • Scheduling Meeting Times 

    • Note: We are asking for time slots to reduce mentor's involvement in scheduling (which can involve multiple back-and-forth emails). The mentee can directly schedule a meeting without your involvement on our website. If a mentee schedules a meeting with you for one of the slots you have mentioned, and you may not be available at that particular time, you are more than welcome to email the mentee to re-schedule the meeting.
