  • Competition Details

    1. Submission period
      • Round 1 - 6 October to 23 November 2022
      • Round 2 - Shortlisted finalists to present proposals to panel of judges on 6 December 2022
      • Prize-giving ceremony: 6 December 2022 (Details to follow)
    2. Eligiblity
      • Open to all students (including postgraduate students) studying in Singapore universities (aged 19 to 27 years old) 
      • Must be Singapore citizens or permanent residents
    3. Group size
      • Participants can take part as individuals or in groups, with a maximum group size of up to three members
    4. Choose one of these three topics to address
      • Why should the digital generation hold SREITs in their portfolio?
      • What can be done to address the trading discount of SREITs holding overseas assets versus those holding domestic assets?
      • The future of SREITs
    5. Deliverables & requirements
      • A presentation (no more than 20 slides) to support your case, accompanied by a 1-min social media content (e.g. video, infographic, pictures, etc)
      • Social media can be for any of these platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and should be targeted at the digital generation
    6. Attractive prizes
      • 1st Prize: S$1,000 & Internship
      • 2nd Prize: S$800
      • 3rd Prize: S$500
