  • Question: How do I place an order?
    Answer: Fill out our cookies order form: https://form.jotform.com/mariebakes4u/marie-bakes-cookies-order-form. Pick your flavors, box size, and number of boxes — the form adds up your order total for you. Orders must be placed at least 2 days before the order pickup date.

  • Question: How do I pay?
    Answer: After you submit the form, send your order total by Interac e-Transfer to mariebakes4u@hotmail.com, with your name in the message. Your order is confirmed only once payment is received — spots are limited each week, so early payment secures yours.

  • Question: How do I confirm my payment?
    Answer: Once you’ve sent the e-Transfer, drop us a quick message on Facebook/Instagram so we can match it to your order. You’ll get order confirmation and your pickup details in an email.

  • Question: Where and when do I pick up?
    Answer: Pickup is at Ultra Ovation, Mississauga, during these windows:

    • Saturdays, 11 AM – 1 PM
    • Monday – Thursday, 7 PM – 9 PM

  • Question: Do you deliver or ship?
    Answer: We don’t ship — our cookies are baked fresh and best enjoyed within days, so we keep it local. Pickup is free.

  • Question: How should I store them, and how long do they keep?
    Answer: Best enjoyed within 3 to 4 days. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature. They also freeze well for up to 1 month — just pre-heat the oven at 350°F and put the cookies in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes and enjoy.

  • Question: Do you sell single cookies?
    Answer: We sell in packs only — boxes of 6 or 12. No singles.

  • Question: Can I change or cancel my order?
    Answer: Orders can only be cancelled on the same day before midnight. After that, baking is underway and orders are final.

  • Question: Do you take custom or large orders?
    Answer: We’d love to! Message us on Facebook or Instagram with what you have in mind. Larger orders need one week’s notice. 

  • Question: Do you offer other items on your menu (e.g., brownies, cakes, cupcakes etc.)?
    Answer: We’d love to offer other items on our menu in future! However, we are currently offering only NYC-styled cookies on our menu.

  • Allergen notice — PLEASE READ
    Our cookies are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, as well as dairy, wheat, and eggs. We cannot guarantee any item is free from these allergens, and our cookies are not suitable for anyone with a severe allergy.
