You have decided to quit smoking. We are delighted that you have made this decision as this will benefit your health, your appearance, your fitness levels, your surroundings and not least your wallet and you will see that it’s all worth it.

We are happy to support you in putting your resolution into practice using the Bicom bioresonance device.

    Please note the following:

    We need your cooperation.

You may need a further two DETY (Distance Energy Therapy) so please be prepared to undergo these treatments, if you need further support.

Drink at least two litres of low-mineral water each day and help your body eliminate the nicotine. If while wearing the microchip you feel dazed, slightly dizzy or you start sweating this is a sign that the therapy has helped activate the nicotine in your body which can be eliminated by drinking plenty of water.

Eat predominantly wholemeal products in order to maintain a stable blood-sugar level. When you eat sweet foods a large quantity of insulin is produced and there is a risk that your blood-sugar level will fall sharply. This may cause agitation and shaking and when in this state you will experience a greater urge to smoke.

Since smokers generally have a vitamin C deficiency you should take 2 x 1000mg of vitamin C each day in the first few weeks. We recommend the following Supplements that can be purchased from www.mariereynoldslondon.com

    Vegan C

    Evolve

    Vitamin D3-K2

    3-Set

Note: if diarrhoea is experienced, reduce the dose! Check your weight regularly. Fluctuations in weight of 2-3 kg are normal.

Experience has shown that there are people who after the first session of anti-smoking therapy using the Bicom device no longer have any urge to smoke. This is, of course, the ideal situation. If you find this is the case then you should be delighted but please don’t smoke anymore!

Don’t check to see if you still have a taste for cigarettes! Ideally we would like you to continue with DET so that we can continue to help you eliminate the nicotine.

It is quite possible in certain situations you will have an urge for a cigarette. Look for ways to distract yourself, peel an orange or satsuma and place in the fridge, when you feel the need to light up a ciogarette take a segment of orange and nibble on this. Keep your hands busy, drink water.

Keep us informed of your progress. If you have started to smoke again it is important to let us know. Sometimes it is necessary to carry out 3 anti-smoking treatments in succession.

We wish you every success. We want you to quit!
