This is a HUGE part of what makes the service I offer so natural and seamless. Don't be nervous! I don't need to see your face, just your hair! Feel free to put an emoji over your face if you're not comfortable. This is solely to see your current hair.

Pricing Overview

Thanks for taking an interest in Hair Extensions at Mod by Mo in Syracuse, NY.

Most first-time clients can expect to invest $2,300 (retainer included) depending on how much hair is needed, color, and desired length.

This investment covers the extension hair, custom coloring of both your hair and the extension hair, the installation, cut, style, and aftercare.

In order to book the install, there is a $500 non-refundable retainer. The retainer goes towards the overall cost of the appointment, with the remaining balance due day of service.

Payment plans are available.

HOW MANY ROWS WILL I NEED?

One Row: Fullness only, no length
Two Rows: Fullness and length (most common)
Three Rows: Fullness and length. Needed for those with extremely dense (thick) hair, to break up a blunt haircut, or for those looking to add a lot of length
Mini Row: For those with short layers. This is used as a connecting piece to blend your natural hair and your hand-tied hair extensions.

Pricing Overview - Switching Stylists

NEW CLIENTS with Sew-In Weft Hair Extensions coming from another stylist

Removal, Shampoo, Scalp Treatment, and Reinstall, $300
*Does not include Color

Only your initial maintenance appointment is priced this way. Future appointments will be priced as listed. In order to book an appointment, there is a $100 non-refundable retainer for all new weft extension clients coming for another artist. The retainer goes toward the overall cost of the appointment, with the remaining balance due day of service.

There is no guarantee that previously purchased hair from another artist can be re-used. The client is responsible for the cost of replacement hair.

For all other extension methods, please book The Consult once this form is completed.

Maintenance Overview

For returning Hair Extension guests you can expect the following:

Weft Maintenance

Full Maintenance is required every 6-8 weeks. This session is $235 and includes a full extension and bead removal, detox cleanse, natural hair trim and reinstall.

Mini-Move Ups are available one time at 4 weeks followed by a Full Maintenance 6 weeks later. This session costs $75 and does not include a shampoo or blowdry.

*Does not include color.

Replace the hair extensions every 6-12 months with brand new hair.
Some choose to refresh some of the hair sooner.

WEFT PRICING

16" weft - $195/pack
20" weft - $310/pack
24" weft - $425/pack

TEXTURE WEFT PRICING

18" weft- $324/pack
22" weft- $351/pack

Example: You have 2 packs of 18" curly extensions for a one row install, your replacement hair would cost $648

K-Tip Maintenance

Full Maintenance is required every 3-5 months. This session is $375 plus the cost of replacement hair. Hair is replaced every maintenance.

Policies Overview

A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. You may reschedule your initial appointment once.

Canceled appointments forfeit retainers.

No showing is unacceptable, you are provided multiple reminders to cancel or reschedule with sufficient time. No showing your appointment will result in forfeiture of your retainer.

If you will be late for your session, please let me know. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your session in full and you will have to reschedule part or all of the service.

All retainers are non-refundable.
