Medmarc will NOT be booking your hotel accommodations for the 2018 conference. Please be aware of the cutoff dates for booking and for cancellations. Any cancellation penalties will be covered by the attendee for both the registration fee and the hotel fees.

All bedding requests will be based on availability at check-in. Attendees will need to guarantee their reservation with a major credit card or send the Resort first night room deposit at the time the reservation is made. Please note: Medmarc has financially guaranteed a block of reserved rooms for the dates of the seminar. If there are cancellations or reservation changes (such as early departures) after May 11th, the hotel charges Medmarc for the original reservation dates. For 2018, if there are late cancellations or changes after May 10th, Medmarc will seek reimbursement of these charges directly from the lawyer or law firm.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before, Thursday, May 10, 2018. At the Cutoff Date, the Hotel will review and release the unreserved rooms in the room block for general sale, and determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space and rate available basis at the Medmarc Insurance Group rate after this date.
