Zen Den Application – Massage • Tarot • Reiki • Energy Work
The Missoula Women’s Fair will be held on Saturday, March 6th, 2027 from 11:00am–4:00pm.

The Women’s Fair features a dedicated Zen Den area offering pampering experiences such as chair massage, psychic/tarot readings, Reiki, energy work, and similar services. This area is part of our official fundraising efforts benefiting our spotlighted non-profit organizations.

Participation Details
• Participants must remain for the entire event (11:00am–4:00pm).
• Set up must be completed by 10:30am.
• Tear down begins promptly at 4:00pm.
• Location: Front lobby Zen Den area (separate from exhibitor booths).
• This is not an exhibitor booth space.

Fee & Fundraising Requirements
• Participation Fee: $75 (non-refundable, required to secure space).
• All providers must charge $1 per minute (cash only).
• A minimum of 50% of total funds collected must be donated to the Women’s Fair.
• Funds will be collected by Women’s Fair staff at 3:30pm.
• Donations will be presented on stage at the end of the event benefiting our featured non-profits.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with new clients while giving back to our community.
