STALL FEES
Gift stall (3m x 3m marquee): $60 + GST
Food vendor: $65 + GST
Gift stalls must have their own marquee, marquee weights, full length table cloths & public liability insurance.
Food Vendors must have own generator if required. NO POWER AT THE PARK
Food Vendors & Permits
Anyone selling food or beverage products for human consumption must have a food business registration certificate.
You need to send by email your food business registration, public liability insurance & latest health officer inspection report. We will have them approved by City of Joondalup and there is no permit fee. hillaryscommunitymarket@gmail.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel any of your confirmed dates, you must EMAIL (not text or call) your cancellation at least 1 weeks prior to the booking date.
Stall cancellations received within 1 week of the event will not be refunded/credited.
If the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, I will credit 75% of stall fees to the next trading date. All event cancellations will be sent by email & advertised on our Market Sisters Vendors Facebook group
You will be contacted by email to confirm the dates you have been booked in for if your application in successful.

Due to the number of stall holders attending each event, contact by email is preferred rather than phone calls as I am also a small business and organising all of the events on my own is a lot of work - email is more time efficient than my phone ringing all day. Thank you!
