    Palmyra Farmers Market is currently located at Palmyra Primary School and will be moving across the road to GEO THOMPSON PARK from Sunday 30 August onwards.

    Market Sisters took over the management of the Palmyra Farmers Market in January 2026. Palmyra Farmers Market was established in 2011, this much-loved community market is ready for a fresh chapter, and we’re excited to revitalise the market in a new location and welcome new stallholders.
    We invite you to join us as we rebuild and grow the market together.

    Businesses that sell products for human consumption must have a Food Business Registration Certificate, and Public Liability Insurance to attend.  If you do not upload the documents required your application will not be processed.

  • NEW LOCATION
    From Sunday 30 August the market will be relocating to Geo Thompson Park (directly across the road from the original location). This will allow us to welcome customers with dogs back to the market, give us more space and also enjoy a lovely shaded park area during summer to encourage the customers to stay longer and enjoy their Sunday morning in the sunshine.  

    EVENT RULES

    Market time is 7.30am - 11.30am

    Do not pack up early  unless the manager approves of it. Cars are not allowed to move in the market area until the event has finished at 11.30am for the safety of our customers. Packing up early encourages customers to start leaving and is unfair on the other vendors attending.  


    SOCIAL MEDIA - We expect all stallholders and food vendors to help advertise the event on your social media pages & share out Facebook event links if you are attending. If we all make an effort collectively, we will reach a larger audience and have a busier market every time!

    STALL FEES
    Stall fees are invoiced from our square system on the Thursday prior to the market and should be paid online prior to attending.


    STALL REQUIREMENTS

    • Stallholders must have their own 3m x 3m marquee, marquee weights & public liability insurance. We do not provide equipment for stall spaces you need to bring your stall setup with you each time you attend.
    • Even if sold out, you will need to remain set up until the market closes at 11.30am.
    • Vendors are responsible for packing up and clearing their stall space and ensuring nothing is left behind.


    FOOD PERMITS
    If you sell food products, please ensure you upload your food business registration documents to this form so that we can have you added to our overall food permit with City of Melville. You do not need to apply for a separate permit. 


    CANCELLATIONS
    If you are not able to attend one of your booked dates, please EMAIL your cancellation as soon as possible. Cancellations received within 3 days of the event will not be refunded.

    Repeat cancellations or no shows will result in us no longer booking you in for the event.

    Due to the number of events we manage, all communication must be made by EMAIL ONLY, Do not send any booking changes on social media or text msg. This is so we have a clear record in one place.

    Be kind & support each other.  Bullying & aggression will not be tolerated, we encourage everyone to help, support and make friends at our events. It will create a better atmosphere for the customers and you will have more fun!


    MARKET MAP & SETUP INFO
    The map and setup information & invoices will be emailed out on Thursdays

    If your application is successful, we will email you to confirm your booking. If we are fully booked for your stall category, you will be placed on a waitlist.
