Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or voucher, although, multiple referral discounts can be used but only up to the cost of 1 terms worth of lessons.
Discounts for new swimmers are immediate and must be paid via bank transfer to secure a space. Payments can either be made in full via bank transfer for the full cost of the term (with four lessons discounted to £1) or, for the £1 fee only and then a monthly plan set up online after this date.
Please note that this is four calendar weeks, not four lessons.
The person who made the referral will have their discounts applied 28 days after the swimmer's first full month of fees has been paid or 28 days after they have paid in full.
For people who are already paying online via a monthly plan, a credit will be applied to cover 1 month's worth of group fees minus £1 per referral. If you pay in full, a credit will be applied to the online account for the same value, which can be used towards the next terms fees.
If a referred family enrols multiple children on to courses, each one will receive the first month for £1 and the referrer will receive multiple group lesson credits themselves (e.g. if a family of two children is enrolled they pay £2 for the first month and the referrer will receive a credit of months of group classes for £1).
Referrals are only accepted from swimmers who are already enrolled on lessons that have already commenced.
This form must be received via IATDE before the new person books in for lessons:– it cannot be retroactively applied.
Discounts only valid for new swimmers or re-enrolment of swimmers who have not swam with us for the previous three terms.
Discounts only apply to re-enrolment swimmers whose accounts were left in good standing when they previously cancelled classes or whose outstanding liabilities are settled before re-enrolling.
Discounts are only available as credits. No cash alternative is available. If the referred parent not pay for the second month of lessons, the referred payment will not be made.
