    Welcome parents and guardians. Please use this form to apply for your child's admission to our Kids Summer Program. We need complete and accurate information about the student, so make sure you fill out all fields. School Admission Forms are processed within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirmation when we process your application.

  • I, the parent or guardian, agree to register my child at Kids Summer Program. Therefore, I understand and agree to the following terms

    1- Attendance and dismissal is on time.2- Following the Program requirements including the curriculum and homework.3- Fees must be paid in a timely manner.4-Ensure that my child adheres to the school code of conduct and discipline.5-Authorize staff to react accordingly in case of any health emergency when I cannot be contacted.6-Give permission for my child to attend trips.7- Give photo consent for the use of my child's photographs.8- The school is not responsible for the child's safety outside of Program hours.9- Give permission for my child to purchase lunch from the school when needed.10-Failure to comply with these terms could result in suspension of enrollment.
