  • General Instructions

    • A separate registration form is required for each attendee.
    • A Mother Advisor registering for her Assembly may submit a single Assembly room list with her registration. If paying by check, a single check for the whole Assembly must be sent by June 10th.

    Advanced Registration is due by May 31st

    • All Nichols Lodging and/or Meals reservations must be made by the May 31st deadline.
    • Advanced registration is discounted to $15.
    • All advanced registrations will receive a session bag and program book.

    All Online Registration ends June 24th

    • Starting June 1st, only registration & apparel add-ons will be available online.
      • Registration after June 1st is $25.
      • Program books & Session bags will only be provided while supplies last.
    • After June 24th, registration will only be accepted at the door.

  • Registrant Assembly selection: Please choose an Assembly ONLY if you are either an active member or an Advisor for that Assembly, and you wish to room with the Assembly. All registration materials received for an Assembly will be distributed to the Mother Advisor.

    Grand Adults not rooming with an Assembly may select Grand Adults.

    In all other cases, please choose "Not Applicable".

  • Please note: If you puchased a lodging package at Nichols College, you may not need to add any meals. If you're not sure, please skip this page and email KPrioleau978@gmail.com.  

     

    All Nichols College Lodging Packages include some (or all) meals. If you chose a Lodging Package, please make sure that any item you choose below isn't already included in your Package. Costs to add each meal are:

  • The 2026-2027 GWA-Elect's Theme will be announced at Grand Assembly. Pre-Purchase your T-Shirt and/or Pin and also help support the Scholarship Fund!
