By signing this Waiver and Release of Liability, I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation: I am voluntarily participating in the community workout organized by Master Sports. I understand that the workout may involve physical activity, which may carry inherent risks of injury.
Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that I am participating in this activity at my own risk. I assume full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while participating in the event, whether caused by my actions, inactions, or the actions of others.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Master Sports, its owners, employees, agents, volunteers, and any other individuals associated with the event from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising from my participation in the community workout.
Authorization for Use of Media: I grant Master Sports and its affiliates the right to take photographs, videos, and other media of me during the event. I authorize the use of these images and recordings for social media, marketing, promotional materials, and any other lawful purposes without compensation or further consent.
Medical Conditions: I affirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the workout. I will inform event organizers of any conditions or injuries that could affect my ability to participate.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Master Sports from any claims, losses, or damages that may arise due to my participation in the event.
