  • Event Details: November 13th & 14th 2026. This event is inside at NorthField Church. Vendor is responsible for providing own tables/chairs/generators/etc.
 Minimal electricity will be available. If you require electricity, it must be approved and you will need to note this in the comment box below. 
Each booth will handle their own transactions and each vendor is responsible for their own sales tax collections and reporting. 
This is a juried event and all vendors will be subject to approval. Booth fees to those selected, will be non-refundable. Booth fees must be paid in full at application acceptance for the event or your booth will be given to next vendor in line.

     

  • Your agreement: 

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northfield Church, Holiday on the Hill their personnel, all organizations and persons sponsoring, managing or in any other way participating in the 2026 Holiday on the Hill, from any loss, claim, penalty or lawsuit in any way arising from my operation or involvement in the fair. I accept complete responsibility for all items of product, booth construction/assembly, and business conducted onsite, etc. Limited wifi access please let us know if you need wifi (booth spaces are limited). I understand that I am responsible for my employees/booth personnel, injury happening inside my booth space and will ensure that my actions and appearance reflect positively and appropriately.
