In the One Team Series, participants will:
- Gain a clear understanding of the service business cycle from opportunity through closeout
- Identify the roles and responsibilities of each team member—and how they intersect
- Explore common challenges and pain points between field and office teams
- Employ practical strategies to improve communication, handoffs, and accountability
- Use tools to bridge gaps between roles and deliver stronger, more consistent client experiences

SCHEDULE: October 8, October 15, & October 22, 2026 (Thursdays); 12pm-4pm
LOCATION: In Person (MCAWW for 10/8 & 10/22; Seattle Area Pipe Trades Education Center on 10/15)
CLASS SIZE IS LIMITED.
Applications are due Sunday, September 20
Important Note: The MCAWW Board of Education will review all submissions and select participants at the close of the registration period. You are not registered until you receive a notification from MCAWW of your acceptance into the program.
If accepted, your firm will be invoiced for the tuition cost of $400 (Contractor Members).
