Robert McCollum Tattoo Request

I specialize in a specific style, and will only accept tattoos within that style. This style primarily consists of illustrative organic/nature themed tattoos in fine-line/line-work black and grey. For example, this can include flowers/plants, animals/pets, insects, and other things created in nature. I only work in black and grey, and will not approve color tattoo requests, cover-ups, or names/lettering.

Please fill out the form in its entirety. Within 7 days of submitting your completed form, you will receive an email from Melissa or myself to notify you whether your request has been approved. Please be sure the email address you provide is correct, and keep an eye on your inbox and spam folder for the response. When a request is approved, you will be given date options for your specific appointment. These options will be based on my current availability, the date/day preferences you provide in this form, and the scale of your tattoo (scale meaning size, detail, placement- overall workload of the piece.) I will do my very best to provide you a date within your preferences, but I can not guarantee it due to multiple factors. Once a date has been agreed upon, you will be required to leave a $100 deposit using Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, or Paypal. After the deposit is paid, you will be officially entered into the schedule and will receive booking confirmation and notifications from our scheduling system.

I require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time the appointment is made. I charge $200 an hour for each tattoo session. The final price of your tattoo will depend on how long it takes to complete. How long a tattoo takes to complete depends on multiple factors not limited to the size and detail in the tattoo itself. The $100 deposit is a separate charge from the tattoo itself and does not come off the final price. The deposit holds your appointment, and ultimately is a payment toward time spent preparing for your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, please do so with at least 72 hours notice to transfer your deposit. Late-notice reschedule requests will require a new deposit to set a new appointment. No-shows and cancellations are a forfeit of your deposit. I have a minimum of $400 per person, per appointment. This is equivalent to a 2 hour session, regardless if your tattoo takes less than 2 hours to complete. Payment forms accepted: Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, and Paypal. Sorry, no cards.
