The terms outlined in this section are specific to this individual lease and shall take precedence over any general terms in this Agreement.

Ownership
The horse shall remain the sole property of the Lessor at all times unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Care and Use
The Lessee agrees to provide proper care, handling, and use of the horse in accordance with standard equine practices and the terms outlined in this Agreement. The horse shall not be subleased, transferred, or used by any unauthorized individual. Only the Lessee and individuals approved in writing by the Lessor may ride or handle the horse. Only approved tack and equipment may be used unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability
The Lessee acknowledges that horses are inherently unpredictable and assumes all risks associated with the care, handling, and use of the horse. The Lessee agrees to release and hold harmless McCook Meadows, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising from the use, care, or presence of the horse, except in cases of proven negligence.

Responsibility for Damages
The Lessee agrees to be financially responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by the horse while under their care or control.
Veterinary Care
Unless otherwise specified, the Lessor is responsible for routine veterinary care, and the Lessee is responsible for any expenses resulting from misuse, negligence, or incident during their care.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice unless otherwise stated in the lease section. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of lease privileges at the discretion of the Lessor.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
