Online/Telephone Conducted Auctions:
I/we the abovenamed bidders, hereby authorise the Agent (McDonald Partners Real Estate), to receive BIDS made by me/us by telephone, video conference or any applicable digital platform during the course of the Auction for THE PROPERTY above, and to communicate the amount of any such BIDS openly by voice to the Auctioneer conducting the Auction.

In the event that I/we are the successful Bidder as a result of the Bidding, we have communicated to the Agent, then I/we authorise the Agent to complete the Contract For Sale with my/our Particulars which are set out below, and to SIGN & EXCHANGE the Contract on my/our behalf.

I/we acknowledge that I/we have received read and understood the Conditions of an Auction Sale and that the Ten Percent (10%) of the final Sale Price is payable at the Fall of the Auctioneers Hammer as a Deposit, I/we have organised means for this Deposit to be paid to the Real Estate Agents Trust Account immediately after the Fall of the Hammer.

I/we acknowledge that I/we have received a copy of the Terms & Conditions of an Auction Sale and the Warnings Notice setting out the material parts of Sections 78(3)  and 83(2) as set out in Form 3a.

I agree to provide my details to McDonald Partners Real Estate for the purpose of registration at a forthcoming public auction. I have read and understood the Bidders guide provided to me. I understand the terms and conditions regarding an online/telephone/video auction if applicable.
