HNH Firearm Agreement

I agree to and have sigend the Human Nature Hunting Release of Liabilitiy and Assumption of Risk Agreement and this is an additional agreement for the use of firearms.

I certify that I am not prohibited under any Federal or State law from possessing a firearm, and that I am not a felon.

I understand how to safely opperate the firearms I will be using. If I do not understand anything about the opperation of the firearms I will ask before using them.

I will use the utmost safety while handling these firearms and abide by state and federal laws for transport and use.

I have no physical or mental illness that precludes my participation in a safe manner for myself or others.

I am NOT and will NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol which impairs my ability to maintain my safety awareness or endangers others.

I have the proper hunting licenses (and tags) for hunting while using these firearms.

I have taken and passed a state-certified Hunter Safety Course if it was required to purchase my first hunting license.

I will abide by state and federal hunting laws, knowing that it is against the law to hunt on private land on which I do not have permission to be.

I will know where I am at all times with maps or map apps to ensure I remain on public lands or private lands on which I have permission to be.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington which shall be the forum for any lawsuits filed under or incident to this Agreement. If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, the rest of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

In consideration of the minor child being permitted to participate in the Activity, I accept and agree to the full contents of this agreement. I also agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, INDEMNIFY, AND DEFEND the Released Parties from all liabilities and claims that arise in any way from any injury, death, loss, or harm that occurs to the minor child during the Activity or in any way related to the Activity. This includes any claim of the minor and any claim arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. I understand that nothing in this agreement is intended to release claims for gross negligence, intentional, or reckless misconduct, or any other liabilities that Washington law does not permit to be excluded by agreement.
