BASIC CLEAN (Recurring or One-Time Cleaning) including the following: Woodwork dusted, furniture dusted and polished, outside of appliances cleaned, surfaces, cabinet faces, stove-top and back splash washed, all sinks (scrubbed), mirrors dusted and cleaned, tub/shower, vanity, bathroom counters and fixtures cleaned, wastebaskets emptied, windows, fans, floors (vacuumed, wood polished/steam mopped), We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.

DEEP Clean- (First Time, One-Time, or Special Request Cleaning). Every “Deep Clean” includes the “Basic Clean” with detailed emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following: Light Fixtures (hand washed in place/not removed), Blinds (dusted and washed), molding, woodwork, and window sills/tracks (hand washed or wiped), baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture), lamp and lamp shades (dusted), pictures and Knick-knacks (hand wiped), furniture (polished, front, sides, and legs), stovetop and drip pans scrubbed, all cabinet fronts cleaned, all doors washed, light walls, light switch plates, countertops and backsplash (washed), mirrors (dusted and cleaned), tub/shower (double scrub if build up), wastebaskets (emptied, washed, relined), stairs (vacuumed, wood/other steam mopped), floors (vacuumed/steam mopped, including closets), vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along edge where animal hair and carpet fibers collect). We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster.

MOVE-OUT Clean- Move out cleans are a very detailed, in depth clean that includes the following- Kitchen surfaces, inside/outside cabinets, inside/outside stove and oven, inside/outside microwave, inside/outside refrigerator, inside/outside dishwasher, hood vents, cleaning behind/under the fridge and oven, sink scrubbed and polished, bathroom vanity inside/outside, tub, toilet, shower throughly scrubbed, garage floor swept, behind/inside/outside washer and dryer, ALL windows and sills/tracks, baseboards, fans, light fixtures, light scrub on walls, floors mopped and vacuumed. Any special requests must be discussed during consultation.

NEW CONSTRUCTION Clean- New construction cleans consist of a thorough dust of the residence, construction trash removed, cabinets inside/outside dusted, surfaces wiped, appliance stickers removed, window stickers removed, bathrooms cleaned, bedrooms/closets, laundry area cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped, full polish on applicable items.

VACATION RENTAL/AIRBNB Clean- Vacation rental cleans consist of a basic clean up from the guests staying. This includes removing trash, removing any perishable food items, replacing/making the beds, thourogh clean/sanitizing of the kitchen (stove, surfaces, cleaning any messes made or spillage and bathrooms (tubs, toilet, shower, surfaces) restocking any neccesary products, straightening up furniture, floors vacuumed and mopped. Overall a good basic clean and sanitzing.
