  • Dear Families,

    Welcome to ACG School Jakarta's fifth summer programme. We are happy that you've considered our school for your child's education.

    The information below will assist you in completing the registration for our Summer Programme.

    PROGRAMME OPTIONS:

    • 1-week programme (16 - 20 June) or (21 - 26 June) from 08.30 am to 02.30 pm
    • 2-week programme (16 - 26 June) from 08.30 am to 02.30 pm

    REGISTRATION:

    The Summer Programme registration will be managed through an online system. This enables us to provide you with all the information you will need to register your son/daughter for activities. However, if you do encounter any difficulties registering, please contact Mr Lucky (Lucky.Andreadi@acgedu.com).

    Please note the following:

    • Registration will open on Saturday, 22 March, at 10.00 am and will be available until Thursday, 12 June 2025, at 6.00 pm. More detailed information is below.
    • Please note that popular activities tend to fill up quickly. As such, it is suggested that you register as soon as possible for activities you are interested in.
    • Please ensure that you register your son/daughter for the appropriate year level, as some activities are specific to certain Year Levels.
    • Please enter information carefully - especially email addresses. Incorrect information entered on the registration form will result in incomplete registrations.

    CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

    • A confirmation email will be sent two days after your registration (three days if you register on the weekend) at the latest.
    • This will confirm your son/daughter's registration. In this confirmation email, there will be information provided about fees and payment instructions.
    • The confirmation and invoice email means that parents are no longer able to change or cancel the registration.
    • Any parent who has registered and has not received a confirmation email should contact Mr Lucky (Lucky.Andreadi@acgedu.com) for more information.

    PAYMENT:

    • Parents will be given three days time to complete the payment.
    • The email confirmation of the activity will serve as an invoice.
    • All fees are non-refundable unless the programme is cancelled by the school.


    REGISTRATION CANCELLATION:

    • Any payment that has not been paid by the deadline will result in a cancellation of registration.
    • Activities with less than a minimum number (5 participants) of registered participants will be cancelled.


    CANCELLATION OF Summer Programme:

    • Parents will be notified by email of any cancellation of activity during a session.
    • Phone notification will only be given if the cancellation is less than an hour prior to the activity starting time.


    REGISTRATION TIMELINE:

    • Registration opens for ACG Parents and for NON-ACG parents on 22 March 2025
    • Registration closes for all on 12 June 2025

    OFFERING:

    • If registration and payment for the 2-week program are completed by 7 June, 2025, ACG School Jakarta students will be eligible for a 7% discount, while non-ACG School Jakarta parents will receive a 5% discount.
    • A 5% sibling discount is applicable to the registration of second and subsequent children for a 2-week program.
    • The discount cannot be accumulated, and only one type of discount can be applied from several available methods of discount.

              One Week Summer Camp
              PACKAGE 1 - ONE WEEK (16-20 June 2025) : Sports, English and Performing ArtDuring this exciting week-long programme, our goal is to support children in developing their motor skills through engaging interactions with a variety of sports and physical activities. The sports segment focuses on three key areas: Swimming, Team Games, and Gymnastics—all designed to build coordination, confidence, and a love for movement in a fun, supportive environment. Following the physical activities, students will take part in English classes that adopt a student-centered, task-based approach, supported by communicative teaching methods. These sessions aim to enhance both fluency and comprehension, while nurturing each child's confidence in using English in everyday situations. To track progress, we use a selection of Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) practice materials tailored to each learner’s level. The final class of the day is dedicated to the Performing Arts, where students will explore their creativity through Music Composition, Drama and Movement, and Visual Arts. This is a wonderful opportunity for children to express themselves, collaborate with peers, and discover new talents. Snacks and lunch are provided daily. Kindly inform us in advance of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements, so we can ensure every child is well cared for. We look forward to a week full of learning, laughter, and creativity!

              Two Weeks Summer Camp
              PACKAGE 2 - TWO WEEKS : Sport, English & Performing ArtGet Ready for Two Weeks of Fun, Learning & Discovery! Looking for an exciting way to keep your child active, inspired, and engaged? Our two-week holiday programme is the perfect blend of movement, creativity, and meaningful learning — all in a warm, supportive environment where every child can shine! Each day begins with active fun through a variety of sports-based activities designed to develop motor skills, boost confidence, and encourage teamwork. From Swimming and Team Games to Gymnastics, children will explore new skills, stay active, and most importantly—have a blast! Next, we move into our dynamic English classes, using a student-centered, task-based approach that makes language learning both enjoyable and effective. With Cambridge ESOL materials and communicative methods, we help students grow in confidence and fluency, while ensuring lessons are interactive and tailored to their level. In the afternoons, it’s time to unleash creativity in our Performing Arts sessions, where students can dive into Music Composition, Drama and Movement, and Visual Arts. Whether they love to perform, paint, or express themselves in new ways, this is their chance to shine! Daily snacks and lunch are included, and we’re happy to accommodate any food allergies or dietary needs—just let us know! By the end of this level, Student will be able to float and move unassisted in the water using front and back kicks in the streamline mode and learn more about the front movement and back movement of the arms. Later, the activity will be continued with English Class with Student Centered, Task-Based Approach and Communicative methods. We use a range of Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Practice Tests for evaluating student progress. The last class of the day, we have Engineering Class that offers suite of programs of over 500 hundreds of theme-based classes that are targeted at STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).
