We created this form so we can get to know, understand your intentions for this retreat and sessions package, and make sure you know the important parts about coming. Then we can talk to make sure this is the right fit, answer any of your questions, and if we are a yes, enjoy the opportunity to join our intentions and open a special agreement together.

Reminder: Each day you'll spend in our luxurious space with incredible beauty and organized activites, healing, learning, and relaxing. You'll be responsible for your travel and transportation, for some of your meals, and for finding your own place to stay nearby. Just want to make sure everyone knows the deal! :)

This is a retreat that includes time in a wild area where dangers exist like animals and bugs and unsafe walking areas and branches and rocks and running water and all the stuff listed above that could freak you out. If you come on the retreat, do you agree to come anyway, not back out, and assume the risk on all of it, and hold Mellissa and Lisa and their businesses and land and all the people involved harmless just in case you trip on something, fall down, lose your property, have a freak out, fall in the pond, get injured, sick, or bitten by a bug or animal or something? Also, since this is a small group thing at a private home, we are going to make sure that everyone is safe and respected. Do you agree to honor confidentiality, and also agree that if you were to become disruptive (according to our say so, not yours) to the group, that you could be directed to leave the property right away with no refund? (We've never had to do this before, but feel it's important to have this agreement for assuring the emotional safety of all involved).
