    Thank you for your interest! You need to be 18+ with a valid photo ID to get tattooed. Please thoroughly read and complete the form below to make for an easy booking process.
  • Please review the following before inquiring/booking an appointment:

    1. Completing this inquiry form does not guarantee a tattoo appointment.
    2. A deposit of $100 (tax included) is required to secure your appointment upon booking confirmation (Payment methods include cash, card, or e-transfer).
    3. The deposit is non-refundable.
    4. You cannot change your tattoo idea on the day of the appointment.

    Please review the policies below before making an appointment for any type of tattoo services:
  • Deposits, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

    • A deposit of $100 (taxes included) is required to secure your appointment after the artist confirms the date and time with you, and you need to pay the deposit within 24 hours after the confirmation, or the booking is not complete.
    • Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or used for a different project.
    • Rescheduling and cancellation are possible with a 48 hrs notice and only once. If you do not comply with the notification system, the original $100 deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.
    • Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not appear for your appointment.
       

    Terms and Conditions:

    • You understand that this procedure is a permanent change in your skin and your body;
    • You understand that your artist reserves the right to refuse your tattoo project for any reason they deem valid;
    • You understand that no refunds are possible for deposits or tattoos;
    • You must notify your artist at least 48hrs before an appointment if you have to reschedule/cancel for any reason, or you will lose your deposit;
    • You must arrive at your appointment NOT under the influence of drugs or alcohol, which could affect your tattoo. Your artist reserves the right to cancel your tattoo if you do not comply;
    • You understand that the studio has no means to identify whether or not you are allergic to the elements or ingredients used for your tattoo;
    • You must notify the artist of any underlying conditions that may affect your tattooing/healing process prior to your session;
    • You agree to take care of the tattoo by following the instructions given to you by your artist;
    • Not following the aftercare instructions provided by the artist will result in the loss of rights to a discounted touch-up;
    • You understand that you will increase your risk of getting an infection if you do not follow the aftercare instructions given to you regarding the maintenance of your tattoo;
    • You release your artist from all claims, expenses, damages, and responsibilities;
    • You confirm that the information you provided when scheduling an appointment is accurate and truthful;
    • You confirm that the artist can cancel an appointment request at any time if the proposed project or the information provided in the appointment form does not reflect the values or criteria of the artist.
