Volunteer Walk of Fame Star Award

We invite you to nominate and honor your employees that you want to celebrate on the Volunteer Center's Volunteer Walk of Fame at Vollywood: A Night of Stars. The award is bestowed to an individual that has shown an unwavering commitment to volunteerism in your organization.

 Specifics:

• The final recipient(s) of this award will be awarded their STAR at the Jersey Cares Vollywood: A Night of Stars Event on October 23, 2025.
• The cost for this Corporate Walk of Fame Volunteer Star Sponsorship is $500, which includes two event tickets (your Awardee and a guest).
• Additional tickets can be purchased at discounted prices - promo codes are available.

• Awardees get a STAR on the Volunteer Walk of Fame, a Certificate, dinner for them and their guest, a write-up about their volunteerism displayed at the event; and in online event program book.
• Upon submission of this form, the nominator (you) will be directed to the event ticket page. The "Business Walk of Fame Sponsorship Nomination Ticket Package" MUST BE PURCHASED AT THIS TIME. (If the purchase is not made, this nomination is considered INCOMPLETE).
• Upon receipt of the nomination, VCSJ will email the congratulatory letter, with a copy to the nominator who completes this form. Awardee tickets will also be generated and included in the notification email.
• There is no minimum volunteer hour requirement.
• Self-nominations are not accepted.
