Meramec Valley Campground is excited to host our 50th Anniversary Memorial Day Vendor Fair as part of our 50 Years celebration!

Submission of this form is for consideration only and does not guarantee a vendor space.
VENDOR SPACES – $30 FLAT FEE
All vendor spaces are $30 per spot (indoor or outdoor).
Vendor spaces are first come, first served, regardless of location (Lodge, Deck, Pavilion, or Grassy Area).
Spaces will be assigned based on availability.
Space Locations & Approximate Measurements
- Lodge (Indoor Space): Approximately 8 ft space
- Deck & Concrete Patio (Outdoor): 10’ x 10’ space
- Pavilion: Approximately 6’ x 12’ space
- Grassy Area: Located between the Lodge & Pavilion: Approximately 10’ x 10’
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents/canopies, and display materials.
Optional Rentals
- Table Rental: $10 each
- Chair Rental: $5 each
- Pop Up Canopy Rental: $10 each
Vendors may also bring their own tables and chairs.

We welcome a variety of vendors, including:
- Boutique & specialty vendors
- Handmade & craft creators
- Baked goods & specialty food vendors
- Unique small businesses
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This form is for consideration only.
- You are not confirmed until contacted and payment is received.
- Vendors who are accepted will receive setup time and additional event details via email to ensure an easy setup and breakdown process.
- Payment is non-refundable.
- Event will be held rain or shine.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, cleanup, and property.
- Do not leave leftover items in campground dumpsters.
- Meramec Valley Campground is not responsible for theft, damage, or injury.
- We reserve the right to remove any vendor not complying with event or campground rules.
