• Off Season Long Term Stay Form

    November 1st through March 30th
  •  EXCLUSIVE CAMPSITE POLICY - OFF SEASON CAMPING

    1. Members are permitted to stay up to 46 days without requiring approval.
    2. The member should request approval for long term stay if camping over 45 days.
    3. The member should request approval at least one week prior to reaching the allotted 46 days.
    4. If member does not submit a request and exceeds the allotted 46 days, all gate cards associated with the deed will be deactivated until March 30th.
    5. If approval is granted, member must maintain a USPS address not belonging to MVOA and abide by all rules & policies set forth by the Meramec Valley Owners' Association.
    6. If approved, member agrees to pay usage fees monthly.
  • THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL REVIEW THE FOLLOWING MEMBER DETAILS DURING THE APPROVAL PROCESS:

    1. Member has maintained membership for 12 consecutive months.
    2. Membership dues and usage fees have been consecutively paid to date in the prior 12 months.
    3. Board of Directors has not received a formal complaint regarding member in the prior 12 months.
    4. Member has submitted this request before the allotted 45 days is used but no earlier than October 1st.

    • MEMBER INFORMATION

    • OFF SEASON CAMPING RULE:

      "The off-season is defined as November 1st through March 1st.

      Members are permitted to stay up to 46 nights during the off-season without additional approval.

      Stays beyond 46 nights require approval from the Board.

      During the off-season, Site-to-Site Members must camp only on sites assigned by the MVOA office.

      The permitted 46 off-season nights are separate from the 45 free nights provided under regular membership benefits.

      With prior Board approval, Site-to-Site Members may remain on the same campsite for the full duration of their stay during the off-season."

      "Approval Requirements:
      The BOD will review the following criteria before granting approval:

      Member has maintained active membership for at least 12 consecutive months.

      All dues and usage fees have been paid on time for the prior 12 months.

      Member has a valid USPS mailing address that does not belong to MVOA.

      No formal complaints have been received against the member in the prior 12 months.

      Approval must be obtained before the allotted 46 days have been used."

      Stays beyond the permitted limit without approval may result in restricted access (including gate card deactivation) and possible further action by the BOD.
