SCHEDULING:
All scheduling, rescheduling or cancellation of Fitness Training Services should be done through Acuity Scheduling application.
All training session dates and times must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Your trainer's schedule will NOT be visible for potentially available slots with fewer than 24 hours' notice.
TARDINESS:
Clients are responsible for arriving on-time to their training sessions. Trainers are obligated to wait only 15 minutes. After 15 minutes (10 minutes for 45-minute sessions), the trainer is not required to lead the remaining time of the session and the session may be lost.
A late start time does NOT entitle a client to a session longer than the scheduled appointment.

- you want to check her/his availability for a 'last-minute' session
- you expect to be late for your session
