Policy

• Welcome to the Knowledge factory – we guarantee an unforgettable, exciting technological adventure! 
• Lessons comprise sessions of 20 / 30 minutes
• Pupils are evaluated at the start of the course and are enrolled on a level according to the curriculum.
• Stimu-Zone will be closed during Public Holidays. 
• Every pupil will be working on their own device (Stimu—Zone supports the one-on-one method of education)
• Enrollment fees are payable with registration.
  (All payments must be done before the 7th of each month. Stimu-Zone reserves the right to deny pupils tuition if fees are in arrears)
• Invoices will be mailed and/or hand delivered during the last week of every month.
• One month written notice is required should a parent decide to discontinue the service.
• Should you wish to share any ideas or lodge a complaint, you are requested to get in contact throuhh our website - www.stimuzone.co.za
• In the event of it being impossible for Stimu-Zone to present the lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled.
• Certificates will be presented to each pupil at the end of the year.
• Progress reports will be sent home once a term.

Indemnity Form

I hereby grant permission that my child may receive Laptop/Tablet training on the premises and indemnify the owner, employees of any responsibility in connections of any events taking place on the premises.

I understand that the cancellation of my child’s classes is subject to a one month written notice.

I indemnify Stimu-Zone of any claims regarding the emergency actions in the case of a medical emergency.

I understand that should a child be unable to attend a lesson for whatsoever reason ex. Absence / school events, the lesson will be forfeited.

There will be no lessons on Public Holidays.

I undertake to pay my fees in advance before the 7th of each month/term and understand that my child will receive no lessons until such payment has been made. Lessons missed due to non payment will be forfeited.

• Termly payment are due by the 7th of the first month of each term.
• Yearly payments are due by the end of February
• Discount on yearly/termly fees will not apply for late payments

I undertake to pay my fees in full each month, from the month of enrolment until and including the month of December, unless the school closes at the end of November
