  • ALL buyers agree to the following TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE Tree Seedlings & Perennials Nursery stock is to be used for conservation purposes only (e.g. Reforesting burned areas, Enhancing wildlife habitat, Reducing soil erosion, Protecting water supplies, and Serving as living snow fences that provide protection from wind and snow.) Seedlings are sold in the quantities listed on this form; lots will not be broken to facilitate the sale of individual seedlings (except XLP trees). All orders are final; No cancellations or refunds. In the event that trees orders are unavailable for delivery, a refund will be offered unless a substitute species can be arranged. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF SURVIVAL. Sometimes the nursery “trim back” deciduous plants and perennials before delivering them. While this doesn’t always look pretty, it is meant to support the overall health and viability of the plants. Grass and Wildflower Seed THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF SUCCESS. So many factors play into the successful germination and survival of grass and wildflower seeds. Wind, water, sun, and shade; elevation, slope, and aspect; soil type, preparation, and compaction; grazing pressure, foot traffic, erosion, and herbicide use; seed or seedling type and quality; as well as planting depth and timing all play roles in the success of your planting. Successful grass seeding is more an art than a chance encounter. Seeding success often requires a healthy dose of persistence, patience, and perseverance.   • Tree and Shrub Seedlings

    With the exception of the one-gallon pots, seedlings are in 16 cubic inch tubes and will be between 6-12" tall when they arrive. A lot of 25 is boxed up in a box that is about 6"x6"x24".  One-gallon pots are about 12" tall and have branching.

    With the exception of the one-gallon pots that are sold individually, seedlings are sold in a lot of 25 of a single species. Additionally, some species of trees can be purchased as a mixed bag that includes 2 different species of 10 trees each. Check out the mixed bag section below to see which species can be purchased as a mixed bag.  

    Orders of 125 or more trees will receive a 5% discount on the trees.

    You will NOT pay for any items through this form.  We will contact you for payment after the order has been submitted and stock is confirmed.

                                                                                                              Sales tax rates depend on the location of pickup.  We have three main pickup locations:

                                                                                                              Granby (just outside of town - unincorporated Grand County) & Kremmling Fairgrounds (unincorporated Grand Couty): 4.2%

                                                                                                              Frisco (County commons - unincorporated Summit County): 6.375%

                                                                                                              The calculations below show the Total above with added Sales Tax.  This is what the total invoice will be after your order is confirmed.
