MAC Registration form 2026/2027

Please read carefully:

The Midstream Athletics Club can only accommodate Primary School Athletes from LMCP / LMRP OR any Primary School athlete residing PERMANENTLY in one of the Midstream Estates.

Fee Structure for 2026/2027 Season:

* Once off Seasonal Registration fee: R500

* 1 Event: R700 pm per athlete

* 2+Events: R1000pm pet athlete

* Monthly fee's are payable monthly in advance. Unattended sessions can't be carried over to the following month.

* 30day notice cancelation period on membership is required!

* There is no "pay as you train" option

* December sessions will be caught up in November or in January. Full payment for December is required
