  • In the Wireless Lifestyle Assessment, you’ll connect the dots between your exposure to your technology and current symptoms and health concerns.

This short assessment (10 min) helps you evaluate 3 critical areas of tech exposure: smartphone, home/office, and personal environment. These questions are easily answered with a yes, no, or checkmark.

You will also evaluate your symptoms to discover any links to your tech exposure. These questions will use a rating scale of 1-10.

This assessment is not meant to judge your behavior or try to change it. Your honest answers will help grow your awareness of your digital debris, clearly show you your tech patterns and habits, and help you identify where you need protection.

  • How Did You Score?

  • There are 42 questions in this questionnaire. How many "YES" answers did you have?

Someone who spends 4 hours a day talking on their cell phone will have a much higher electromagnetic radiation exposure level than someone who spends 2 hours a day. Someone who sleeps with their cordless phone next to their bed is subject to much higher exposure than someone who has their cordless phone down the hall at the other end of the house. If you are a child or let your children use cell phones and cordless phones, the risks are much higher.

The more YES answers you have made to these questions, the higher your potential exposure to electromagnetic radiation. This will enable you to assess your electro-smog levels. You can then take steps to get more educated learn how to avoid, as well as protect and shield as necessary.

At the end of this short survey, you will be guided to book a discovery session with me and I can give you some tips to lessen your exposure.

But first, let's discover if you are sensitive and have any symptoms related to this exposure...
