Thank you for your interest in joining MI REV Wrestling for the 2026-2027 season. This application helps us learn more about each athlete and place them in the training environment that best fits their experience, goals, and commitment level. Completing this form does not guarantee acceptance into every training program, but it allows our coaching staff to review each application and recommend the best fit. MI REV offers multiple training pathways, including: Intro to Wrestling MI REV Club (State-Level Competitors) REV Powerhouse (National-Level Competitors) REV Homeschool REV Unlimited Membership. Our mission is to develop wrestlers through high-level coaching, intentional training, and a culture built on discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
