Please note that we are located in Camden South Carolina, 1 mile off interstate 20, and a trip to Misfit Acres as we want to meet everybody that is taking our babies home with them.

Our shepherds are fully inoculated, and vetted. They come spayed or neutered if old enough. Our adoption fee is $200.

Please complete the following form honestly. Picking your next shepherd to fit your lifestyle and home will come from the information you provide.

Understand as you go through this application that every one of these Shepherds have been cared for, and in some cases rehabilitated by my wife and I'd hands. we very simply wish to make sure they never need rescuing again and that you have a personalized shepherd to love forever.

Also please understand that due to the characteristics of a German Shepherd, we do not Adopt out to homes that have small dogs. If there is an argument between a German Shepherd and a small dog, it will always be a vet visit.

unfortunately we have had bad experiences in the past and it labels the dog aggressive.

That being said, if the dog you are choosing is not quite ready for For Adoption, you will not receive a call until he or she is. The reason for this is if they are not ready, we don't quite know them yet enough, and do not know if they will fit into your family.

You will love and care for this animal for the rest of its life, and you are ready to commit to that. You also agree, that if for any circumstances you can no longer provide love and care for this animal, you will return that pet to us!!

In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in any Misfit Shepherds Recue LLC meet and greet and/or adoption events/or any activity at, with, or near Misfit Shepherds (the "Activity"), and as consideration for the right to participate in the Activity, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release and forever discharge Misfit Shepherds Rescue LLC, and their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to injury, illness, and economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned Activity, including traveling to and from an event related to this Activity and health conditions of and relating to COVID 19.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Misfit Shepherds Rescue LLC, volunteers, agents and staff against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. If Misfit Shepherds Rescue LLC incurs any of these types of expenses, I agree to reimburse Misfit Shepherds Rescue LLC.
