You will be asked to submit a headshot to be used for digital marketing.

If participating in the talent portion, information will be requested in regards to your talent presentation, audio accompaniment files (if applicable), and all audio needs or props you will need for your performance (ie: piano, handheld mic, mic stand, etc).

I understand that a parent/guardian must accompany the registered participant at all times.
Miss Grand Forks’ Little Sister Program participants are required to pay a $85 sponsorship fee in order to participate. I understand that payment is required upon completion and submission of this registration form and is accepted via Venmo.
For the opening number, our Little Sisters will have an official Mis Grand Forks branded T-shirt to wear, and are asked to wear the following options to complete the outfit: white jeans, shirts or skirt and white shoes (if possible) 🩷
