MISS ILLINOIS SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION LITTLE SISTER PUBLICITY RELEASE
I HEREBY GIVE the Miss Illinois Scholarship Competition permission to use my daughter’s picture (s) and name for publicity in newspapers, pamphlets, TV, radio, and web pages.
SHOULD YOUR LOCAL TITLEHOLDER/MENTOR BECOME MISS ILLINOIS
For the young lady whose mentor becomes Miss Illinois 2025, the following guidelines will be enforced throughout her mentor's year as Miss Illinois:
Due to the busy appearance schedule of Miss Illinois during her year of service, there will be no guaranteed interactions between the Jewel and Miss Illinois. The Jewel is welcome to attend any fundraisers or public events Miss Illinois appears at, but we cannot guarantee free entry or private time with Miss Illinois.
The Miss Illinois Business Manager will not book events for the Little Sisters. The Jewel should not expect to attend any events with Miss Illinois or appear as her official Miss Illinois Jewel. The parents/guardians/representatives of the Jewel should never contact event organizers to ask if the Jewel may attend.
Outside of the week of the state competition, the Miss Illinois Scholarship Organization will not be providing scheduled times and activities for the Local/State Titleholders to interact with their Jewel. While we will strongly encourage the Local Titleholders to maintain interaction with their stars on a regular basis to provide mentorship, the Miss Illinois Scholarship Organization is not responsible for creating or regulating these activities.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the Waiver and Indemnity Agreement, Publicity Release, and Program Guidelines and agree to those terms set forth.
