Please note the following:

1. If you or your sponsor is designing the ad:

a. The ad must be 8.5 x 11 inches with .5 inch margins

b. The ad must be in color

c. The ad must be saved as a jpeg, eps, png, Photoshop, or InDesign file. i. If the ad is saved as a jpeg, please ensure it is a higher resolution image. If there are any issues with the quality of the ad, you will be contacted by the Program Book Committee.

2. Please bring this completed form, payment, and a copy of the sponsor page to Spring Kick-Off. Receipts for sponsor pages will ONLY be written at Spring Kick-Off.

3. Do not send any payments or forms to the Miss Illinois Scholarship Organization address unless instructed to do so.
