2026 Princess Registration Form

Fill out the form carefully for registration. The Miss Kansas Volunteer Pageant weekend will be held in Leavenworth, Kansas from September 25 - 27, 2026. Princesses will participate in the Miss Kansas Volunteer Arrival Ceremony on Friday evening, donuts and an optional carnival themed event on Saturday morning, followed by rehearsal time and a special Princess party, before taking the stage on Sunday for princess crowning and the Miss Kansas Volunteer pageant! The cost is $175 and includes all access to the wekend's events. Please note that this expense does NOT include an adult ticket to the arrival ceremony or the pageant - these can be purchased at the doors or through eventbrite in September. We hope you and your princess are able to join us for a weekend of fun!
