MJK Performance Dealer Application

DEALER APPLICATION
A minimum $5500 USD initial order is required for all new dealer accounts after dealer discount. Dealer displays are available for an additional cost, please contact us for further details. Please note sales of $5000 USD per year must be maintained in order to keep the account open.

A MAP Policy will be emailed to new dealers once the dealer application has been received. If you would like to sell MJK Performance products on your E-commerce platform (includes third party platforms) you must complete an E-Commerce Application and included with the dealer application. Please check the E-commerce Box below and we will email you an E-Commerce Dealer Application.

Please complete the dealer application in full including:

1.     Copy of your business license, Federal /State Tax ID or Seller’s Permit

2.     Photos of your business store front, showroom/parts counter and shop area.

3.     Social Media Pages and Website address
