  • 1. Return all keys, garage door openers, mailbox keys, and other access devices to the Landlord by the Move-out Date. 2.Provide your forwarding address. If known at this time, please provide below.

  • Move Out Reminders:

    1. Leave all keys, garage door openers, mailbox keys, and other access devices in the home by the Move-out Date.

    2. Provide written notice of your forwarding address, if known at this time.

    3. Leave the Property in a clean condition, free of all trash, debris, and any personal property. Prepaid move out cleaning covers regular maid clean.

    4. If your move-out date changes, please notify us immediately and obtain management approval.

    5. Tenant must comply with any other Landlord Move-out requirements.

    6. If Tenant fails to vacate by the Move-out Date, Tenant will be liable for any holdover rent as specified in Paragraph 22 of the Lease.

    7. Landlord's right to place a sign on the Property, show the Property, or place a keybox on the Property applies pursuant to Paragraph 14 of the Lease.

    Tenant acknowledges that Tenant remains obligated under the Lease until the Lease is terminated.

  • Keybox Authorization

  • A. The owner of the above-referenced Property has listed the Property for sale or lease with CloverLeaf Property Mgmt.


    B. The owner has authorized the Broker to place a keybox on the Property.


    C. A keybox is a locked container placed on the Property that holds a key to the Property. The keybox is opened by a special combination, key, or programmed device so that authorized persons may enter the Property, even in the tenant's absence. The keybox is a convenience, but involves risks (for example, unauthorized entry, theft, property damage, or personal injury). Neither the Association of REALTORS® nor MLS requires the use of a keybox.

    D. The undersigned tenant authorizes Broker to place a keybox on the Property.

    E. Special Provisions: Owner and Broker advise tenant to remove or secure jewelry, prescription drugs, and other valuables. You will be given the lockbox code. You may remove and place key in and out of
    lockbox as needed for piece of mind. For example, we do not show homes from 8PM to 8AM during the night, so you can remove the key from the lockbox during the night; or even in between showings. The lockbox must be on the front door knob or the nearest exterior water spigot. According to the lease, you must accommodate all showings to avoid the "showing waiver fee" of 1 months rent. In the event of an unforeseeable circumstance regarding a time/day showing scheduling conflict, you must make every effort to agree on a better time or day to accommodate the showing agent.
